Logistics


Faam Gallery, is responsible for the process of logistics. Buyers, after completion of purchase, will receive the artwork in a professional packaging condition and accurate control of the route to destination, within the estimated time period based on the buyer chosen delivery method. Please note that, Faam Gallery sends the purchased artwork only once. In any cases, if the buyer could not receive the artwork for any reason, the artwork will be returned and for resending the artwork, all expenses will be up to the buyer.




Delivery insurance


All works of art are insured with Parcelforce to their purchase value. Max insurance with Pacelforce is up to £2,500. Works of art with a value greater than this are dispatched with a different delivery partner such as Hermes.




Payment options


Accepted card payment methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover & JCB. In case 'Self Collection' option is chosen for payment method, both cash and card payments are accepted at Faam Gallery location.




Returns & exchanges


If the buyer is not 100% satisfied after receiving the artwork(s), returns will be accepted only within 14 days of receiving it. Please read below for full detail

1) The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to choose 'signature or tracked delivery service'.

2) We will not accept returns for artwork(s) that have been damaged post-delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3) You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.

4) After we have received the artwork, we will credit your credit or debit card with purchase price of the goods returned minus the Faam Gallery admission fee for processing the refund.




Cancelling Order


If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at faamgallery@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. Faam Gallery will deduct a small admission fee from the total price of the order. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described in the 'Retuns & exchanges'.




Packaging of artworks


All artworks are professionally packaged and sent as a roll in a carton. Faam Gallery advises all buyers to stretch their paintings if on canvas or frame them if on paper to protect the artworks. Expert advice on framing can be provided by the Faam upon buyer’s request. Standard, conservative and museum level framing services is available at Faam Location London.




Free Delivery


Faam Gallery posts all the artwork free of charge. Postage expense is included within the price of the artwork.




Certificates of Authenticity


When you recieve your artwork in the post, please check the packaging for a certificate of authenticity. If you don't receieve one, please let us know by emailing faamgallery@gmail.com or call us on 020 3632 1468.
